Privacy, in plain language.

This product stores accounts, application answers, uploaded evidence, and activity records in its configured server, database, and file storage. Passwords are hashed with scrypt. Application answers, email/name profiles, attachment metadata, and file contents are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. Session tokens are stored as hashes. Account confirmation, recovery, and invitation emails may be sent through the configured email provider using only recipient email addresses, message subjects, and one-time links. Immigration answers and attachments are not sent in these emails. We do not send application data to analytics, AI services, or messaging webhooks. You can export your information or permanently delete your account. Downloads are decrypted files: keep them private. The actual production operator, hosting arrangements, retention policy, and support contacts still require confirmation before launch.

We use cookie-free Plausible analytics to measure visits and product actions such as registration, checkout and downloads. We do not send application answers, names, emails, file contents or names, case identifiers, or one-time links. URLs are reduced to public page paths; only predefined campaign labels are retained. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Browser and country statistics are processed by our configured analytics service. Analytics may be blocked by your browser and are not payment accounting records.
